Siron

YOU WILL NEED:

300 g. Siron

Boiled water

1/3 to 1/2 cup olive oil or 2-4 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon salt

500 g. yoghurt

some garlic (optionally)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place the Siron on a pan. Pour in boiling water with a little salt until they are covered and wait to absorb the water. Melt the butter or heat the oil and pour. Spread over yogurt with garlic and serve.
