Recipe for frying pan:

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil in the pan, wet 3 Perek leaves and place them in the pan. Once baked on the one side, we turn them on the other adding in the pan 1 tablespoon butter or oil. Put the filling of your choice on the cooked side and cover with 2 other wet leaves. We turn it over to bake the other side and serve.

 

Recipe for the Oven:

Wet 5 Perek leaves. Place 3 leaves in a well oiled pan, put the stuffing of your choice and cover with the other two leaves. Beat 1 egg with 1 cup of milk (If we wish instead of egg and milk use one can of soda) and pour over the pie. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
